Local / National Numbers

• ☐ LOA (Letter of Authorization) — Must include a local address in El Salvador. Contact [email protected] for the template.
• ☐ DUI or Passport copy — Copy of the DUI (Documento Unico de Identidad, El Salvador's national ID) or passport of the authorized person
• ☐ Latest Invoice — Copy of the most recent invoice from the current local carrier
• ☐ Proof of Payment — Documentation confirming payment of the most recent invoice
• ☐ Company Registration Certificate — Required only if the numbers belong to a company
• ☐ Power of Attorney — Required only if the numbers belong to a company

Porting Process

1. Contact [email protected] to request the El Salvador LOA template
2. Gather all required documents (ID, invoice, proof of payment, and company docs if applicable)
3. Complete and sign the LOA with your local El Salvador address
4. Submit all documents digitally (PDF or JPEG preferred)
5. Confirm receipt of your submission with [email protected]

Key Definitions

• DUI (Documento Unico de Identidad) — El Salvador's national identity document, equivalent to a government-issued ID card. Accepted alongside a passport for identity verification.

Notes

• The LOA template is not available for direct download — you must contact [email protected] to receive it
• Company accounts require two additional documents (Company Registration Certificate and Power of Attorney) beyond what individual accounts need
• Proof of payment (separate from the invoice itself) is a requirement unique to El Salvador porting
• No specific porting timelines or rejection reasons are published for El Salvador
