- ☐ UAN (User Account Number) — Eight digits in length. Found on your invoice. If not visible on the invoice, contact the current provider to request it.
- ☐ Latest Invoice — Most recent invoice from the current service provider.

Notes
- Ireland has relatively lightweight documentation requirements (LOA, UAN, and invoice only).
- The critical risk is timing: ports requested after 3:00 PM may result in numbers going offline until the next business day if issues arise.
- EIR/Open Eir customers should proactively verify and potentially cancel special services before porting to avoid service loss.
