Mobile Numbers (Business Account)
- ☐ Letter of Authorization (LOA) — Downloadable template, must be completed and signed
- ☐ VAT/TAX ID — Business tax identification number
- ☐ Latest invoice from the underlying carrier — Must be the invoice from the actual underlying carrier, not a reseller
- ☐ Official proof of ownership — Signed by the underlying carrier, confirming number ownership

- Mobile number porting under business accounts has stricter documentation requirements than local/national numbers
- Ensure the invoice provided for mobile ports comes from the actual underlying carrier, not an intermediary or reseller
