Required Documents

Personal Accounts

• ☐ Letter of Authorization (LOA) — Signed by the authorized person; must be saved as a non-editable PDF
• ☐ Latest Invoice — From current carrier, dated within the last 30 days
• ☐ Full Name — Of the account holder
• ☐ Contact Phone Number — For the authorized person
• ☐ Local Address — Must be a valid address within New Zealand (no overseas addresses)

Business Accounts

• ☐ Letter of Authorization (LOA) — Signed by the authorized person; must be saved as a non-editable PDF
• ☐ Latest Invoice — From current carrier, dated within the last 30 days
• ☐ Full Name — Of the authorized person
• ☐ Contact Phone Number — For the authorized person
• ☐ Company Name — As registered
• ☐ Local Address — Must be a valid address within New Zealand (no overseas addresses)

Porting Timeline

Porting Process

1. Gather all required documents (LOA, invoice, contact details)
2. Submit your port request and documents to [email protected]
3. Include your signed LOA and latest invoice
4. BlazeSMS submits the request to your current carrier on your behalf
5. You'll receive confirmation with your scheduled port date
6. Your numbers activate on the scheduled port date

Restrictions & Special Conditions

• A New Zealand address is required — overseas addresses are not accepted
• Mobile numbers are not portable
• Invoice must be dated within the last 30 days

Notes

• Porting hours are limited to two slots: 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• The New Zealand LOA uses the same format as the Australian LOA
