Required Documents

Company Accounts

  • Letter of Authorization (LoA) — Country-specific, signed by an authorized company representative
  • Business Registration Certificate — Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration Certificate
  • Work Permit or Employment Pass — Required if the applicant is a non-citizen
  • Latest Invoice — Most recent invoice from the current carrier

Porting Timeline

DID/DDI (Complex Port) 8–18 business days

Porting Process

  1. Gather all required documents based on account type (company or personal)
  2. Submit your port request and documents to [email protected]
  3. BlazeSMS will determine the correct port type based on your number
  4. Include your signed LoA and all supporting documents
  5. BlazeSMS submits the request to your current carrier on your behalf
  6. You'll receive FOC (Firm Order Commitment) confirmation with the scheduled activation date
  7. Your numbers activate on the scheduled FOC date

Restrictions & Special Conditions

  • Only Local (Level 6) numbers can be ported — no national, toll-free, or mobile numbers.
  • Non-citizen applicants must provide a valid Work Permit or Employment Pass in addition to other documentation.
  • FOC date changes require at least 72 business hours (SGT) notice before the scheduled cutover date.

  • DEL (Direct Exchange Line) — A simple port type for single-line PSTN services, standard telephone services, and numbers without complex features.
  • DID/DDI (Direct Inward Dialling) — A complex port type for number ranges or blocks, numbers with complex services, and PABX or private system numbers.
  • FOC (Firm Order Commitment) — Confirmation from the losing carrier that the port request has been accepted, including the scheduled activation date.
  • Level 6 Numbers — Singapore's classification for local telephone numbers, which are the only type eligible for porting.
  • NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) — Singapore's national identification document for citizens and permanent residents.
  • PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) — A private telephone network used within an organization.
